Free return - 14 Days right of withdrawal

Of course we hope you are satisfied with your purchase.
However, if you want to return or exchange something, you can do so free of charge within 14 days from the day of delivery by contacting us at contact. You can also return your order free of charge in our store in Dilsen-Stokkem.
If you wait longer than 14 days, the cost of returning the goods will be at your expense.

Return conditions

Only items are eligible for our return/exchange service:

- Which have been returned within 14 days of receipt;
- that have not been personalized;
- that have an attached label;
- if applicable in original undamaged packaging;
- if applicable with all accessories delivered;
- which are unworn/unwashed;
- package sufficiently stamped;
- clothing and shoes may of course be tried on indoors, but not worn.
- please do not store our items in smoky rooms, in the kitchen or near pets.

By mail, courier or physical store

You can return your return package via mail or courier, to print your return form please refer to us contact. You can also return your order free of charge in our store in Dilsen-Stokkem.

Refund within 5 working days

Within 5 working days after we have received your order back, we will refund you the full purchase price with the same means of payment you used to pay for it. We may send you another email asking you to confirm your IBAN number.
