Delivery time
If you want to order a product, you will immediately see whether it is in stock or not. Products that are in stock, you will receive them within 1 to 2 working days (Belgium / Netherlands) after Crijns has received your payment. As soon as we have received your payment, we prepare your package for shipment and it will be sent by Bpost Business. After we have packed your order and delivered it to our partner Bpost, you will receive a Track & Trace code with which you can follow the status of your order via http://track.bpost.be/.
Crijns strives for fast service, and therefore makes every effort to deliver the package within 1 to 2 business days in Belgium and the Netherlands.
In other countries, we depend on the (local) courier service.
Is the desired product temporarily out of stock? It is available again from the moment it is back in stock on the webshop.
Delivery options
Our parcels are delivered by Bpost Business.
The parcel is delivered to the address you provide as the delivery address. If no one is home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card in the mailbox. That way, you know where and when you can pick up the package. You can always pick up your order yourself free of charge in our store in Bilzen.
