3. Take a rim bucket with a dirt grid and fill it with warm water and Yum Wash or your favorite shampoo.
4. Dip the Wheel Mitt into the soapy water and soak it thoroughly with the soapy water.
5. Squeeze out excess water, but make sure the Wheel Mitt is still damp.
