1 Sanding:

The use of micro abrasive discs to correct severe paint defects provide a surface that can be easily polished so that the working time of the correction process is drastically reduced. The Duetto is so balanced and low-vibration that the user can control the sandng process by simply steering the machine over the surface to be treated. Because the user can so easily control the machine, the chance of an irregular surface is reduced that would otherwise require a great deal of additional correction time. The machine is constructed so that even novice users can easily handle it. The front grip allows the user to keep the machine perfectly balanced and an electronic module ensures that the force is automatically regulated so that the user does not have to apply pressure to the machine. Another handy feature are the rubber feet so that the machine can be placed upside down and the mounted pad cannot come into contact with dirt.

The Rupes sanding process is ideal for removing orange peel (Orange Peel), paint defects and medium deep scratches. The Micro abrasive dics can be easily placed on the machine by using the included 5″ interface pad.

2 Polishing

The Duetto is also a fantastic polisher due to its precise design and eye for user comfort. The Duetto is very easy to operate and control so that outstanding polishing results can be achieved. The Duetto has all the advantages of the very famous Bigfoot system packed into a very handy and maneuverable design, the eccentric stroke of 12mm is unprecedented in the compact machine class and ensures speed and a fantastic polishing result. The Duetto is fully compatible with Rupes Bigfoot pads and polishes.
