Diamond Protech, a Swiss company specializing in the development of coatings for satellites in space, has successfully transferred its extensive knowledge and experience to the automotive industry.

This resulted in the creation of Diamond Body 36, With proper preparation, Diamond Body 36 provides up to 36 months (3 Years) of protection.

What makes these coatings special is that they require no curing time and are ready for exposure to the weather elements just 1 hour after application.

The normal water contact angle of coatings is between 105° and 120°, but with Diamond Protech we achieve an impressive water contact angle of 142°, making it an industry leader in this field

How do I use Diamond Protech Diamond Body 36 Kit?

1. Apply the coating to a prepared, clayed and polished surface for optimum adhesion.
2. Before applying the coating, degrease the car twice with Diamond Body Prep, so that the pores are cleaned and the coating can adhere properly.
3. Wear nitrile gloves and a ventilation mask.
4. Shake the product vigorously for 15 seconds before use with the built-in shake beads (making noise is normal).
5. Moisten the coating applicator with 15 drops.
6. Apply in overlapping horizontal and vertical strokes, up to 30 x 30 cm at a time.
7. If necessary, re-moisten the applicator with a few drops of coating.
8. Allow it to evaporate(flash) for up to 10-15 minutes; remove excess product within this time.
9. Remove excess product with 3-4 coating cloths and rub thoroughly for proper application.
10. For a guaranteed lifespan of 3 years, we recommend applying a second layer of application.
11. Wait one hour before applying the second coat.
12. When applying a second coat use a new coating applicator and 3-4 new cloths
13. For a second application, simply follow the same steps as described earlier.
14. When the application is complete check carefully with an inspection lamp to work out any highspots.
15. Allow the coating to cure for 1 hour or speed up the process with an infrared lamp for 10 minutes at 50 max 60°c before exposing it to the elements.
16. After application, leave the car untouched in terms of physical cleaning for the next 2 weeks so that the coating has sufficient time to fully cure.
17. Apply Diamond Protech Quick Body to every three washes to maintain the coating and extend its life.

Warnings:

• IMPORTANT: Diamond Protech products are specifically formulated to be used only in conjunction with the brand's degreaser.
• Apply the coating only in an enclosed area at a temperature between 10 and 30°C, with humidity not exceeding 70%
• Avoid application in direct sunlight or on warm surfaces.
• Use applicators once and throw them away after use.
• Do not reuse the microfiber cloths you used to remove the coating.
• Wear nitrile gloves while applying the coating.
• Wear respiratory protection, such as a mouth mask.
• Always consult the documentation provided first.
