Diamond Protech, a Swiss company specializing in the development of coatings for satellites in space, has successfully transferred its extensive knowledge and experience to the automotive industry.

This resulted in the creation of Diamond Wheels, a coating that resists exposure to high temperatures while offering all the benefits of a paint coating. With proper preparation, Diamond Wheels provides up to 12 months of protection against brake dust and road grime, ensuring that your wheels will always stand out!

What makes these coatings special is that they require no curing time and are ready for exposure to the weather elements just 1 hour after application.

The normal water contact angle of coatings is between 105° and 120°, but with Diamond Protech we achieve an impressive water contact angle of 142°, making it an industry leader in this field

How do I use Diamond Protech - Diamond Wheels ?

1. Pre-clean the rims with React Iron Fallout Remover.
2. Optional: Remove tar stains with Carbon Collective Shift.
3. Optional: Polish the rims and/or degrease the wheels with Diamond Protech Body Prep
4. Shake the product vigorously for 15 seconds before use with the built-in shake beads (making noise is normal).
5. Hold it upside down and apply a small amount (15 drops) of coating to the applicator.
6. Optional: Use the Carbon Collective Speed Applicator for reduced coating consumption.
7. Spread the coating evenly over small sections of the surface.
8. Allow the coating to dry for a few minutes.
9. Gently rub off excess coating with multiple microfiber cloths.
10. Repeat steps as needed for missed areas or additional protection.
11. Allow the treated surface to cure for 1 hour or speed up the curing time to 10 minutes with an infrared dry heater.

Warnings:

• IMPORTANT: Diamond Protech products are specifically formulated to be used only in conjunction with the brand's degreaser.
• Apply the coating only in an enclosed area at a temperature between 10 and 30°C, with humidity not exceeding 70%
• Avoid application in direct sunlight or on warm surfaces.
• Use applicators once and throw them away after use.
• Do not reuse the microfiber cloths you used to remove the coating.
• Wear nitrile gloves while applying the coating.
• Wear respiratory protection, such as a mouth mask.
• Always consult the documentation provided first.
