Diamond Protech - PRO Wheels Spraykit:

Diamond Protech, a Swiss company specializing in the development of coatings for satellites in space, has successfully transferred its extensive knowledge and experience to the automotive industry.

This resulted in the creation of Diamond PRO Wheels, a coating that resists exposure to high temperatures while offering all the benefits of a paint coating. With proper preparation, Diamond Wheels provides up to 12 months of protection against brake dust and road grime, ensuring that your wheels will always stand out!

What makes these coatings special is that they require no curing time and are ready for exposure to the weather elements just 1 hour after application.

How do I use Diamond Protech - PRO Wheels Spraykit?

1. Pre-clean the rims with React Iron Fallout Remover.
2. Optional: Remove tar stains with Carbon Collective Shift.
3. Optional: Polish the rims and/or degrease the wheels with Diamond Protech Body Prep
4. Shake the product vigorously for 15 seconds before use with the built-in shake beads (making noise is normal).
5. Attach the included spray adapter to your Anest IWATA LPH 80 spray gun and connect the PRO WHEELS bottle.
6. Apply the coating evenly to the wheel with minimal overlap but ensure adequate coverage.
7. Allow the coating to cure for 3-5 minutes.
8. Gently rub off excess coating with multiple microfiber cloths.
9. When the application is complete check carefully with an inspection lamp to work out any highspots.
10. Allow the coating to cure for 1 hour or speed up the process with an infrared lamp for 10 minutes at 50 max 60°c before exposing it to the elements.
11. Repeat steps as needed for missed areas or additional protection.
12. Allow the treated surface to cure for 1 hour or speed up the curing time to 10 minutes with an infrared dry heater.

Cleaning Anest IWATA LPH 80 spray gun:

• Attach the included spray adapter to your Anest IWATA LPH 80 spray gun and connect the PRO SOLVENT bottle.
• Spray the PRO SOLVENT through the gun for 3-5 seconds to remove remaining coating product and clean the gun internally.

Warnings:

• IMPORTANT: Diamond Protech products are specifically formulated to be used only in conjunction with the brand's degreaser.
• Apply the coating only in an enclosed area at a temperature between 10 and 30°C, with humidity not exceeding 70%
• Avoid application in direct sunlight or on warm surfaces.
• Use applicators once and throw them away after use.
• Do not reuse the microfiber cloths you used to remove the coating.
• Wear nitrile gloves while applying the coating.
• Wear respiratory protection, such as a mouth mask.
• Always consult the documentation provided first.
