Gtechniq C0 Aero Coat:

C0 Aero Coat is formulated to minimize foreign object adhesion on race cars. However, it can also be used on street cars with a lifetime of up to 2 years. It offers great gloss, good hydrophobicity (110 degrees), some resistance to swirls (6h) and can be applied to paint and gelcoat.

Please note that compared to our other coatings, C0 Aero Coat is relatively difficult to apply. The product is quite viscous and requires significantly more effort in removing residue - we recommend that you need at least 10 MF1 ZeroR Microfibre Buff Cloths to perform one application.

How do I use Gtechniq C0 Aero Coat?

1. Make sure the surface of your vehicle has been thoroughly cleaned, clayed, polished and degreased with Gtechniq Panel Wipe or your favorite isopropanol degreaser.
   
2. Apply a small amount of Crystal Serum Light to a soft applicator pad or special coating applicator pad.
3. Rub evenly over the surface with both horizontal and vertical movements and overlap for even coverage.
4. Allow the product to cure for a while according to the recommendations on the product packaging.
5. Wipe all excess product from the surface with several new coating microfiber cloths to achieve a clean finish with no residue left behind.
6. Use significantly more microfiber cloths to apply the Aero Coat as it is very viscous.
