Koch Chemie Ceramic Allround C0.02 is a durable ceramic coating that is applied to various surfaces to provide long-term protection. This coating permanently adheres to the surface by a chemical reaction activated by air humidity. Full curing is completed after approximately 9 days. Ceramic Allround C0.02 creates an extremely water-repellent surface, making cleaning by hand effortless. The gloss is retained even after using acidic and alkaline cleaners. This hardened ceramic coating protects the paint from harmful influences such as UV radiation, road salt, bird droppings and fly rust, while also reducing the likelihood of mechanical damage. As a result, it contributes significantly to maintaining or increasing the value of the vehicle.

How do I use Koch Chemie C0.02 Ceramic All-round Coating?

1. Preparation: Apply the coating to a prepared, clayed and polished surface for optimum adhesion.
2. Protection: Wear nitrile gloves and a ventilation mask.
3. Application: Moisten the coating applicator with 8-10 drops. Apply in overlapping horizontal and vertical movements, up to 30 x 30 cm at a time. If necessary, re-moisten the applicator with a few drops of coating.
4. Waiting: Allow to evaporate for up to 6-8 minutes; remove excess product within this time.
5. Remove excess product with 3-4 coating cloths and rub thoroughly for proper application. When applying a second coat, use a new coating applicator and 3-4 new cloths.
6. Curing: Allow the coating to cure for 8 hours or accelerate the process with an infrared lamp for 10 minutes before exposing it to the elements.
7. After application, leave the car untouched in terms of physical cleaning for the next 2 weeks so that the coating has sufficient time to fully cure.
8. Maintenance: Apply Koch Chemie S0.02 Spray Sealant every three washes to preserve the coating and extend its life.

Warnings:

• Avoid application in direct sunlight or on warm surfaces.
• Use suede applicators once and throw them away after use.
• Do not reuse the microfiber cloths you used to remove the coating.
