Koch Chemie Cosmo Clean:

This powerful floor cleaner is ideal for industrial, workshop and office building floors. It is highly concentrated, mild-alkaline and low foaming, and contains no NTA or solvents. It reduces slip hazards on damp surfaces, preserves floor seals and offers excellent cleaning performance thanks to its carefully selected combination of detergents and phosphates. Moreover, it can be highly diluted, has a fresh lemon fragrance and meets standards such as ÖNORM 5105. It is also approved by Daimler and can be diluted based on the degree of soiling.

How do I use Koch Chemie Cosmo Clean?

1. Dilution: Depending on the degree of soiling and type of floor, dilute the floor cleaner as indicated. For example, for industrial and workshop floors (machine and manual), dilute in the ratio of 1 part cleaner to 40 to 120 parts water. For office floors and similar applications, dilute in the ratio of 1 part cleaner to 60 to 300 parts water.
2. Application: apply the diluted cleaner evenly to the floor. You can use a mop, scrubber or a suitable application method for this purpose.
3. Cleaning: Use a brush, mop or scrubber to thoroughly clean the floor. Make sure the cleaner is well distributed and work systematically over the entire surface.
4. Separation of contaminants: The product is known for its rapid separation of dirt. Allow it to act for a short time and then separate dirt and cleaner with a mop, hydrogen vacuum or other suitable methods.
5. Post-rinse: If necessary, rinse the floor thoroughly with clean water to remove any remaining cleaner or dirt.
   Drying: Allow the floor to dry completely before returning to service.
