How to use Koch Chemie Clay Pad:

1. If the car is still dirty, first give it a wash with a pH-neutral shampoo, such as Koch Chemie Gentle Snow Foam.
2. It is always recommended to use a strong iron remover as it already removes a lot of brake dust and contaminants.
3. When the car is clean, moisten the surface with clay lubricant such as Koch Chemie Clay Spray.
4. Attach the Clay Pad to your eccentric polisher.
5. Place on surface at low speed to remove contaminants.
6. Periodically moisten the panel with the Clay Spray.
7. After completing the claying process, it is necessary to clean the car again.
8. Dry the car via a microfiber drying towel and/or dry blower.
9. After cleaning and drying the car, you can perform a paint inspection and then apply a wax, sealant or other protective coating.
10. Inspect the car with proper detailing lighting.
11. If many swirls and rubbing scratches have occurred from using the clay pad due to severe contamination, polishing the surface is recommended.
