PURE:EST - C1 - Claybar:

PURE:EST C1, also known as Clay Bar, is the clay you need to give your car a thorough cleaning. After an extensive wash, but before polishing, this clay bar comes in handy to ensure that the paint is completely free of stubborn dirt.
When you wash a car, often invisible particles remain in the paint that regular washing methods do not remove. However, this invisible contamination can interfere with the polishing process, as the dirt sticks to the polishing wheel and slows rather than improves the paint.
With PURE:EST C1 you can work directly on the paintwork and remove dirt that was previously inaccessible. This optimally prepares your car for polishing and applying paint protection. Marvel at the amount of dirt that remains in the clay!
The important thing to remember is that claying is the step before polishing. After claying, the paint may lose some shine and show slight scratches. Therefore, we recommend polishing the car immediately after using clay and also using PURE:EST C2 Clay Spray.

How do I use PURE:EST - C1 - Claybar?

1. If necessary, you can first perform a chemical cleaning with W1 Wheel Cleaner and T3 Tar & Glue Remover to remove stubborn contaminants.
2. Make sure the surface to be treated has been thoroughly washed with S3 pH Neutral Shampoo and is clean.
3. Take a palm-sized piece of the Clay Bar (about 1/4 of the clay bar).
4. Use C2 Clay Spray as a lubricant to treat the surface. Spray a small amount on the surface before using the clay bar.
5. Move the clay bar across the surface without too much pressure.
6. Hold the clay bar parallel to the surface and make light, smooth movements.
7. Work in sections and be sure to treat the entire surface.
8. The clay bar will collect dirt particles and may become contaminated over time. Fold or knead the clay regularly to expose clean parts.
9. Continue to treat the surface until it feels smooth and clean.
   After you are done, polish the cleaned paint with a fine polishing paste if needed for further beautification.
10. To prevent the clay from drying out, moisten it after use with C2 Clay Spray and store it in the box provided.
