The Koch Chemie Heavy Cut pad is designed to remove deep scratches and paint defects. This polishing pad works optimally in combination with a compound such as Koch Chemie Heavy Cut H9.01. With its short height of 23 mm, this pad offers low torsional forces, excellent handling and maximum stability during polishing. The special foam material maintains its pressure hardness for long-term use, and the open cell structure provides a powerful abrasive action. The edge of the pad makes it easy to work around contours.

How do I use Koch Chemie Heavy Cut Pad?

1. Check the size: Select the correct diameter pad that matches your polisher and attach it to the polishing wheel.
2. Polishing agent application: Apply Koch Chemie B9.01 or H9.02 to the pad.
   Make sure the polishing agent is evenly distributed over the surface of the pad.
3. Polish: Place the pad on the surface to be polished and turn on the polisher. Work in overlapping motions and apply enough pressure to achieve the desired results.
4. Check the progress: Check regularly to see if the desired defects have been removed and the paint is in good condition.
5. Inspection: Check the result and remove any excess product with a soft polishing cloth. Also, make sure you have correct lighting during the inspection.
6. Finish: remove polish residue and, if necessary, protect the surface with a wax or ceramic coating.
