Koch Chemie One Cut Pad is designed for effective removal of moderate weather conditions and scratches in combination with One Cut and Finish P6.01. With a compact height of 23 mm, this polishing pad offers excellent stability and minimal torsional forces. The special foam material maintains its pressure hardness during polishing and the optimized open cellular structure with many cells provides high abrasive performance and hygienic properties. The milling edge gives additional flexibility to the pad for easy application to contours. The colorful non-woven material is safe and reliable for polishing processes.

How do I use Koch Chemie One Cut Pad?

1. Check the size: Select the correct diameter pad that matches your polisher and attach it to the polishing wheel.
2. Polishing agent application: Apply Koch Chemie P6.01 to the pad.
   Make sure the polishing agent is evenly distributed over the surface of the pad.
3. Polish: Place the pad on the surface to be polished and turn on the polisher. Work in overlapping motions and apply enough pressure to achieve the desired results.
4. Check the progress: Check regularly to see if the desired defects have been removed and the paint is in good condition.
5. Inspection: Check the result and remove any excess product with a soft polishing cloth. Also, make sure you have correct lighting during the inspection.
6. Finish: remove polish residue and, if necessary, protect the surface with a wax or ceramic coating.

• We recommend performing multiple polishing steps to achieve the desired finish before applying a wax or ceramic coating.
• When using rotary polishers, it is important to pay close attention to the heat build-up on the surface. If you do a lot of correction work in a specific place, it is wise to take regular breaks to allow the panel to cool down.
