The Red Heavy Cut Foam Pad, designed for use with Menzerna Heavy Cut polishing compound, provides powerful performance in removing scratches, scuff marks and surface defects. The special construction of the polishing pad optimizes the action of Menzerna polishes, resulting in reliable and fast results, specifically matched to all Menzerna Heavy Cut Compound polishes (HC300-400-1100). Available in three sizes - 180mm, 150mm and 95mm on the velcro side - with the larger pads having an opening in the center for improved cooling during polishing. How do I use Menzerna Heavy Cut Foam Red?

1. Check the size: Select the correct diameter Heavy Cut Pad that matches your polisher and attach it to the polishing wheel.
2. Polishing agent application: apply the desired polishing agent such as Menzerna 300, Menzerna 400, Menzerna 1100 or the new Menzerna Cut Force Pro to the Heavy Cut Pad.
   Make sure the polish is evenly distributed over the surface of the pad.
3. Polish: Place the pad on the surface to be polished and turn on the polisher. Work in overlapping motions and apply enough pressure to achieve the desired results.
4. Check the progress: Check regularly to see if the desired defects have been removed and the paint is in good condition.
5. Inspection: Check the result and remove any excess product with a soft polishing cloth. Also, make sure you have correct lighting during the inspection.
6. Finish: remove polish residue and, if necessary, protect the surface with a wax or ceramic coating.

• We recommend performing multiple polishing steps to achieve the desired finish before applying a wax or ceramic coating.
• When using rotary polishers, it is important to pay close attention to heat generation on the surface.
• If you do a lot of correction work in a specific location, it is wise to take frequent breaks to let the panel cool down.
