Menzerna Heavy Cut Compound 400:

The Menzerna Heavy Cut Compound 400 is the successor to the FG400. This improved compound has a higher cutting factor, dusts less and already gives a beautiful finish. Ideal for removing heavy scratches and swirls or for cars with hard paints. However, for the optimum shine, we recommend a 1 or 2 step refinish.

How to use Menzerna Heavy Cut Compound 400:

1. Check the size: Select the correct diameter of the pad that corresponds to your polisher and attach it to the polishing wheel.
2. Polishing application: apply Heavy Cut 400 to the Red Menzerna Polishing Pad.
   Make sure the polishing compound is evenly distributed over the surface of the pad.
3. Polish: Place the pad on the surface to be polished and turn on the polisher. Work in overlapping motions and apply enough pressure to achieve the desired results.
4. Check the progress: Check regularly to see if the desired defects have been removed and the paint is in good condition.
5. Inspection: Check the result and remove any excess product with a soft polishing cloth. Also, make sure you have correct lighting during the inspection.
6. Finish: remove polish residue and, if necessary, protect the surface with a wax or ceramic coating.

Warnings:

• We recommend performing multiple polishing steps to achieve the desired finish before applying a wax or ceramic coating.
• When using rotary polishers, it is important to pay close attention to the heat build-up on the surface. If you do a lot of correction work in a specific place, it is wise to take regular breaks to allow the panel to cool down.
