Koch Chemistry Polish & Sealing Pad:

Koch Chemie Polish & Sealing polishing pad is a soft foam polishing pad that removes light scratches and provides a high-gloss finish. It can also be used to apply sealants. With a thickness of 23 mm, compression hardness of 4 and abrasiveness of 2, the pad is suitable for both 5 and 6 inch polishers. Its short height and open cell structure with a beveled edge make the pad manageable and flexible, allowing it to follow contours of the car well. Available individually, it offers stability and efficiency when polishing and applying products.

How do I use Koch Chemie Polish & Sealing Pad?

1. Check the size: Select the correct diameter of the Polish & Sealing Pad that matches your polisher and attach it to the polishing wheel.
2. Polishing agent application: apply the desired polishing agent such as Koch Chemie P6.01 to the pad.
   Make sure the polishing agent is evenly distributed over the surface of the pad.
3. Polish: Place the pad on the surface to be polished and turn on the polisher. Work in overlapping motions and apply enough pressure to achieve the desired results.
4. Check the progress: Check regularly to see if the desired defects have been removed and the paint is in good condition.
5. Inspection: Check the result and remove any excess product with a soft polishing cloth. Also ensure correct lighting during inspection.
6. Finish: remove polish residue and, if necessary, protect the surface with a wax or ceramic coating.

Warnings:

• We recommend performing multiple polishing steps to achieve the desired finish before applying a wax or ceramic coating.
• When using rotary polishers, it is important to pay close attention to the heat build-up on the surface. If you do a lot of correction work in a specific place, it is wise to take regular breaks to allow the panel to cool down.
