This foam polishing pad works optimally with a medium polish such as Koch Chemie Fine Cut F6.01. Thanks to its low height of only 23 mm, the pad experiences minimal torsional forces, providing exceptional stability during polishing. The foam material is carefully selected and has a specific density, which allows it to maintain its pressure hardness during polishing. The open cellular structure and high number of cells improve polishing performance. In addition, the milling edge provides additional flexibility to the Koch Chemie Fine Cut pads, allowing them to effortlessly follow the curves of the surface.

How do I use Koch Chemie Fine Cut Pad?

1. Check the size: Select the correct diameter pad that matches your polisher and attach it to the polishing wheel.
2. Polishing agent application: Apply Koch Chemie F6.01 to the pad.
   Make sure the polishing agent is evenly distributed over the surface of the pad.
3. Polish: Place the pad on the surface to be polished and turn on the polisher. Work in overlapping motions and apply enough pressure to achieve the desired results.
4. Check the progress: Check regularly to see if the desired defects have been removed and the paint is in good condition.
5. Inspection: Check the result and remove any excess product with a soft polishing cloth. Also, make sure you have correct lighting during the inspection.
