Koch Chemie Fine Cut F6.01:

Koch Chemie Fine Cut F6.01 polishing paste offers a quick solution for removing paint defects such as car wash scratches and common signs of use. In addition to eliminating scratches, Fine Cut also improves the gloss of the paint in a sustainable way. This polishing paste can easily remove even P2500 sanding scratches, making it ideal for repairing moderately to severely damaged paintwork, especially suitable for scratch-resistant paints.

• For extremely heavy scratches, we recommend the use of Koch Chemie Heavy Quick Cut recommended.
• For heavy scratches, we recommend the use of Koch Chemie Heavy Cut recommended.
• For superficial scratches or swirls, we recommend the use of Koch Chemie Micro Cut recommended.

How do I use Koch Chemie Fine Cut F6.01?

1. Check the size: Select the correct diameter of the pad that corresponds to your polisher and attach it to the polishing wheel.
2. Polishing application: apply P6.01 to the Koch Chemie Fine Cut Pad.
   Make sure the polishing compound is evenly distributed over the surface of the pad.
3. Polish: Place the pad on the surface to be polished and turn on the polisher. Work in overlapping motions and apply enough pressure to achieve the desired results.
4. Check the progress: Check regularly to see if the desired defects have been removed and the paint is in good condition.
5. Inspection: Check the result and remove any excess product with a soft polishing cloth. Also ensure correct lighting during inspection.
6. Finish: remove polish residue and, if necessary, protect the surface with a wax or ceramic coating.

• We recommend performing multiple polishing steps to achieve the desired finish before applying a wax or ceramic coating.
• When using rotary polishers, it is important to pay close attention to the heat build-up on the surface. If you do a lot of correction work in a specific place, it is wise to take regular breaks to allow the panel to cool down.
