Diamond Protech – PRO 60:

Diamond Protech, a Swiss company specializing in the development of coatings for satellites in space, has successfully transferred its extensive knowledge and experience to the automotive industry.

This resulted in the creation of Diamond PRO 60, With the right preparation, Diamond PRO offers 60 to 60 months (5 years) of protection.

The normal water contact angle of coatings is between 105° and 120°, but with Diamond Protech we achieve an impressive water contact angle of 142°, making it an industry leader in this field

How do I use Diamond Protech PRO 60?

Application PRO 60 (first coat):

1. Apply the coating to a prepared, clayed and polished surface for optimum adhesion.
2. Before applying the coating, degrease the car twice with Diamond Body Prep, so that the pores are cleaned and the coating can adhere properly.
3. Wear nitrile gloves and a ventilation mask.
4. Shake the PRO 60 vigorously for 15 seconds before use with the built-in shake granules (making noise is normal).
5. Moisten the coating applicator with 15 drops.
6. Apply in overlapping horizontal and vertical strokes, up to 1 to 2 panels at a time.
7. If necessary, re-moisten the applicator with a few drops of coating.
8. Allow it to evaporate(flash) for up to 1-3 minutes; remove excess product within this time.
9. Remove excess product with 3-4 coating cloths and rub thoroughly for proper application.

Application PRO 60 (second coat):

1. Wait one hour after applying the first coat of PRO 60 before applying a second coat.
2. Wear nitrile gloves and a ventilation mask.
3. Shake product PRO 60 vigorously for 15 seconds before use with the built-in shake beads (making noise is normal).
4. Moisten the coating applicator with 15 drops.
5. Apply in overlapping horizontal and vertical strokes, up to 1 to 2 panels at a time.
6. If necessary, re-moisten the applicator with a few drops of coating.
7. Allow it to evaporate(flash) for up to 1-3 minutes; remove excess product within this time.
8. Remove excess product with 3-4 coating cloths and rub thoroughly for proper application.
9. Repeat previous steps and place a second coat after one hour of curing time.

Application Hydro² Coating:

1. Wait one hour after the last application (second coat) of PRO 60 before applying the Hydro² Topcoat application.
2. Shake the product Hydro² vigorously for 15 seconds before use with the built-in shake beads (making noise is normal).
3. Moisten the coating applicator with 15 drops.
4. Apply in overlapping horizontal and vertical strokes, up to 1 to 2 panels at a time.
5. If necessary, re-moisten the applicator with a few drops of coating.
6. Allow it to evaporate(flash) for up to 7-10 minutes; remove excess product within this time.
7. Remove excess product with 3-4 coating cloths and rub thoroughly for proper application.
8. After this, the principle of a 2-hour curing time applies before the car is exposed to the weather elements.
9. After application, leave the car untouched in terms of physical cleaning for the next 2 weeks so that the coating has sufficient time to fully cure.
10. Apply Diamond Protech Quick Body to every three washes to maintain the coating and extend its life.

Warnings:

• IMPORTANT: Diamond Protech products are specifically formulated to be used only in conjunction with the brand's degreaser.
• IMPORTANT: Diamond Protech Hydro² must not be applied to rubber, plastic or vinyl.
• Apply the coating only in an enclosed area at a temperature between 10 and 30°C, with humidity not exceeding 70%
• Avoid application in direct sunlight or on warm surfaces.
• Use applicators once and throw them away after use.
• Do not reuse the microfiber cloths you used to remove the coating.
• Wear nitrile gloves while applying the coating.
• Wear respiratory protection, such as a mouth mask.
