Kenotek EAT 100 Ultra Cutting Max:

Kenotek EAT 100 is a powerful compound specially developed for quick and effective removal of extremely weathered or damaged paint, as well as sanding stains of P1000 grit. With its high-quality and homogeneous sanding grain, this compound delivers fast and optimal results. Suitable for all types of paint, including scratch-resistant fresh and cured paint, Kenotek EAT 100 offers an excellent solution without the use of silicones or solvents. This versatile compound is designed for use with both orbital and rotary polishers, making it an essential product for professional paint restoration applications.

• For extremely heavy scratches, we recommend the use of Koch Chemie Heavy Quick Cut recommended.
• For less severe scratches, we recommend the use of Koch Chemie Fine Cut recommended.
• For superficial scratches or swirls, we recommend the use of Koch Chemie Micro Cut recommended.

How do I use Kenotek EAT 100 Ultra Cutting Max?

For best results, we recommend using the Koch Chemie Heavy Cut Pads be used in conjunction with an eccentric polisher, such as the Rupes LHR15. If you want to remove sanding scratches from P1500 to P2500, consider using a rotary polisher such as the Rupes LH19E, possibly in combination with a lambswool pad.

• Preparation: Ensure a clean surface by claying the surface if necessary clay.
• WARNING: Shake the polish before use.
• Application: Apply the polish to the pad with four small dots, top, bottom, left and right.
• Polishing: Dab the pad on the panel, start the machine and gradually increase the speed.
• RPM: Increase the RPM and move from left to right and top to bottom on a 30 by 30 cm panel.
• Inspection: Check the result and remove any excess product with a soft polishing cloth. Also ensure correct lighting during inspection.
• Finish: remove polish residue and, if necessary, protect the surface with a wax or paint sealer.

Warnings:

• We recommend performing multiple polishing steps to achieve the desired finish before applying a wax or ceramic coating.
• When using rotary polishers, it is important to pay close attention to the heat build-up on the surface. If you do a lot of correction work in a specific place, it is wise to take regular breaks to allow the panel to cool down.
