Koch Chemie P2.03 - Lack-Polish Violett - Micro Cut & Finish:
Discover the innovative and revolutionary Micro Cut & Finish 2.02. This micro polish, suitable for machine application, offers durable removal of polishing lines, holograms, light scratches and sanding marks up to 3000 grain thickness. Ideal for all paint types, especially dark paint where it leaves a beautiful high gloss finish. Enriched with Carnauba wax and non-volatile silicones. Perfect for cars, trucks and motorcycles. Recommended use with a polisher, preferably eccentric, and an anti-hologram pad. Sanding grade: 2.5. Degree of gloss: 9.5. Content: 1000ml.
- For extremely heavy scratches, we recommend the use of Koch Chemie Heavy Quick Cut recommended.
- For black scratches, we recommend the use of Koch Chemie Heavy Cut recommended.
- For less severe scratches, we recommend the use of Koch Chemie Fine Cut recommended.
- For superficial scratches or swirls, we recommend the use of Koch Chemie Micro Cut recommended.
How do I use Koch Chemie P2.03 - Lack-Polish Violett - Micro Cut & Finish?
For best results, we recommend using the Koch Chemie Micro Cut Pads in conjunction with an eccentric polisher, such as the Rupes LHR15. If you want to remove sanding scratches from P3000, consider using a rotary polisher such as the Rupes LH19E.
- Preparation: Ensure a clean surface by claying the surface if necessary clay.
- WARNING: Shake the polish before use.
- Application: Apply the polish to the pad with four small dots, top, bottom, left and right.
- Polishing: Dab the pad on the panel, start the machine and gradually increase the speed.
- RPM: Increase the RPM and move from left to right and top to bottom on a 30 by 30 cm panel.
- Inspection: Check the result and remove any excess product with a soft polishing cloth. Also, make sure you have correct lighting during the inspection.
- Finish: remove polish residue and, if necessary, protect the surface with a wax or paint sealer.
