Kenotek Pro Polish & Protect removes impurities and minor scratches from paintwork while instantly providing unmatched shine and high-end protection. Kenotek Pro Polish & Protect can be easily applied by hand with an applicator pad or processed by machine.
- For extremely heavy scratches, we recommend the use of Koch Chemie Heavy Quick Cut recommended.
- For black scratches, we recommend the use of Koch Chemie Heavy Cut recommended.
- For less severe scratches, we recommend the use of Koch Chemie Fine Cut recommended.
- For superficial scratches or swirls, we recommend the use of Koch Chemie Micro Cut recommended.
How do I use Kenotek Polish & Protect?
- Check the size: Select the correct diameter of the pad that corresponds to your polisher and attach it to the polishing wheel.
- Polishing application: apply Kenotek Polish & Protect to the Koch Chemie One Cut Pad.
Make sure the polish is evenly distributed over the surface of the pad. - Polish: Place the pad on the surface to be polished and turn on the polisher. Work in overlapping motions and apply enough pressure to achieve the desired results.
- Check the progress: Check regularly to see if the desired defects have been removed and the paint is in good condition.
- Inspection: Check the result and remove any excess product with a soft polishing cloth. Also ensure correct lighting during inspection.
- Finish: remove polish residue and, if necessary, protect the surface with a wax or ceramic coating.
Warnings:
- We recommend performing multiple polishing steps to achieve the desired finish before applying a wax or ceramic coating.
- When using rotary polishers, it is important to pay close attention to the heat build-up on the surface. If you do a lot of correction work in a specific place, it is wise to take regular breaks to allow the panel to cool down.
